工作职责：
-        与项目成员，客户和/或用户合作，通过获取需求并细化需求，为亚洲和北美客户产品设计用户界面；
-        识别可用性问题，并与交互设计师、用户研究员和工程师合作解决该问题；
-        针对工程设计的详细要求和最后图形，不断地创作与完善；
-        设计过程中，创作线框，故事板和交互原型；
-        在与工程师合作中，了解项目架构和开发过程中对设计产生的问题和限制；
-        和团队一起协作制定设计风格规范、及测试/验证的方法。
职位要求：
-        人机交互，平面设计，工业设计，认知/工程心理学、计算机科学专业的本科或是硕士优先；
-        在消费者电子产品、网站、Windows、Mac应用软件、或PDA/手机的用户界面设计方面具备经验；
-        熟悉用户中心的设计原则和方法；
-        熟知跨文化设计需要注意的问题；
-        熟练使用Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET等设计图象，故事板，用户界面虚拟图和制作原型；
-        能够有效地与工程师沟通技术问题；
-        有写过具体设计需求者优先；
-        具备良好的中，英文书写与对话能力。

No 2. Interaction Design         
Job Description
-        Collaborate with teams, customers and/or users to acquire and refine requirements to design product interaction for both Asian and North American users
-        Identify usability issues and work with visual designers, user researchers, and engineers to solve these issues
-        Create and iteratively refine detailed interaction specifications for Engineering
-        Create wire-frames, storyboards, and interactive prototypes as part of design process
-        Work with Engineering to understand architecture and development issues/limitations
-        Collaborate with team to develop style guides and test/validation methodologies.
Qualifications
-        Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive/Engineering Psychology, or Computer Science
-        Experience designing UIs for consumer electronics devices, complex web sites, Windows or Mac applications, or PDA/mobile phone UIs
-        Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methods
-        Strong knowledge of cross-cultural design issues
-        Experience creating storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET
-        Ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical issues
-        Prior experience with writing detailed design specifications preferred
-        Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Mandarin)

No.3 资深Flash 程序员
工作职责：
基本要求：
-        熟练使用Flash及一种图形编辑软件。
-        熟练使用Action Script编程，包括使用Action Script控制Flash动画以及使用Action Script和后台程序通信。
-        熟练掌握HTML及Java Script。
-        熟悉XML。
-        有良好的面向对象编程习惯。
-        对网络编程有一定了解（HTTP/Socket）
-        有一定的2D图形制作基础。
有以下技能者优先：
-        熟练掌握AS3。
-        掌握至少一项动态网页开发语言（PHP/JSP/ASP）。
-        熟练掌握Flex/Flash Media Server 2 开发
-        至少懂得一款数据库（My SQL/SQL Server/Oracle/DB2）。
-        Ajax技术。(XMLHTTP)
-        有过Flash多人在线游戏开发经验。
-        有丰富的Flash动画设计/图形设计经验（提供作品）。
